Combination Immunotherapy Promising in Pancreatic Cancer

According to a recent publication in Nature Communications, the combination of an Immune Checkpoint Blocker, a Cancer Vaccine and an Antibody Treatment prior to pancreatic cancer resection surgery. The median overall survival of treated participants showed an improvement over other study arms, which utilized an individual immunotherapy agents rather than the combination approach.
